This August, Stonebridge Senior Living invites you to close out a season of giving with our Craft Fair Fundraiser on Friday, August 9th from 10 AM to 3 PM—a joyful event uniting our community in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

As part of The Forget Me Knot Family, Stonebridge stands with our sister communities—Golden Pond, Gardens on Quail, and Gardens at Columbine—walking hand-in-hand with residents and families navigating Alzheimer’s and dementia care. In 2024, we proudly raised $23,500, placing second in the Denver Walk.

This year, we’re reaching higher with a goal of $30,000.

The Stonebridge Craft Fair will feature:

  • Local vendors with beautiful handmade creations
  • Door prizes and community raffles
  • A welcoming environment full of purpose and heart

💜 Whether you’re a returning supporter or first-time visitor, your presence helps us honor our residents and advance critical research and support.

📩 Interested in being a vendor? Contact Holly Eames at heames@goldenpond.com 📲 Join the team or make a donation at https://act.alz.org/site/TR/Walk2025/CO-Colorado?team_id=951161&pg=team&fr_id=18473

Together, we craft hope and walk toward a future without Alzheimer’s.
