September is here, bringing fresh beginnings, heartfelt celebrations, and plenty of opportunities to come together as a community at Stonebridge Senior Living. From honoring our incredible staff to celebrating cherished traditions, we’re looking forward to a month filled with connection, joy, and purpose.

🎉 Celebrating Juliann – Employee of the Month

We are proud to recognize Juliann as our September Employee of the Month! Juliann has been part of our Stonebridge family for quite some time, and her dedication shines through each day. She brings laughter, care, and energy into every moment she shares with our residents. Outside of Stonebridge, Juliann enjoys spending time with her beloved pups. Congratulations, Juliann—you inspire us all! 💛

🥂 Grandparents Day Celebration – September 7th

On September 7th at 2:00 PM, we’ll gather together to raise a glass to the joy and love grandparents bring to our lives. Enjoy cocktails and mocktails as we toast to the wisdom, stories, and love of grandparents everywhere. Cheers to you!

⛵ National Assisted Living Week – September 7th–13th

This year’s theme sets sail on a week-long celebration of community and connection! From creative activities to fun gatherings, Assisted Living Week will be a journey you won’t want to miss.

💜 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – September 20th

Stonebridge is proud to walk together in support of a world without Alzheimer’s. On September 20th, our team will join the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Denver. Whether walking to honor a loved one, support families, or help fund research, every step makes a difference. 👉 Join or support our team here

🍂 Autumn Equinox Scenic Drive – September 22nd

Welcome fall with us on a scenic drive up Lookout Mountain! Crisp air, golden leaves, and stunning mountain views will make this the perfect outing to celebrate the new season.

🍵 Lunch & Birthday Happy Hour – September 26th

We’ll enjoy a cozy lunch at the Tea Garden at 11:00 AM, followed by a festive Happy Hour at 2:00 PM, where we’ll raise a toast to all of our September birthdays. 🥳

🎶 Weekly Happenings at Stonebridge
